MESSAGE

Established in 1994 as a member of Marubeni Group (General Trading Company, or “Sogo Shosha” in Japan), we are a trading company specializing in cement and steel-related products. Since 2017, we have specialized in international trade.

In April 2019, we changed our company name to Marubeni Eco Materials Corporation, expressing our commitment to further contribute to the development of a resource-recycling society. (Taiheiyo Cement Corporation, Japan's largest cement manufacturer, also partially owns a stake in the company.)

Cement, cement clinker, various types of slag generated from steelmaking and smelting processes, limestone, natural gypsum, graphite electrodes, refractories, calcium silicate plates, and abrasives that we handle are essential for infrastructure and construction projects and include many environmentally friendly materials that reuse resources.

We are always conscious of acting as a bridge between suppliers and customers in each region of the world by utilizing Marubeni Group's powerful global network. As a group of experts, we quickly grasp the needs of both parties and provide solutions quickly and meticulously.
